Only one I have ever seen! Delmonico radio record playr

Here is a very unusual and really cool radio. It is a Delmonico am radio and record player. It works on AC or on batteries. It looks like a normal radio but the front cover lifts off to reveil a record player. The tone arm pops up with a small lever and the turntable starts when the tone arm is moved toward the record. It will play 45's, 78's and LP's. It works very well. I had to use a cord from another radio I have since I don't have the cord for this one, so you will have to go get one. I didn't try it on batteries. The battery compartment is clean. I tried to get info on it and cannot find any reference to it anywhere. I can't even find a pic of one other than these that I took. Very unusual and really cool. One house was not even lived in, it was just used as a storage unit. Items age from 10 years to 200 years old. In every catagory you can think of. Most of the items will start at a buck and have no reserve. We will be testing what we can test and will try to describe them as best we can. Some items look like they are new and others are project items or parts. We also found a lock box of watches we are getting ready to put up, various brands like Invicta, Omega, Croton, Dewitt and a bunch more about 30 watches. We are estate liquidaters and some items are sold lacally as well as online so we reserve the right to end an auction early and sell it locally, although that rarely happens.
