The only thing we don't describe is packaging. Please remember, you are bidding on items that are far below retail. We will not consider crushed packaging a sufficient reason for any kind of refund. If at any time you find that we have missed something significant in the item's description (we are human and we do make mistakes) we will be happy to deal with you and try to correct the problem.

Payment Policy - We request payment within 7 days. If an item goes unpaid past that time we automatically open an unpaid item case which could result in an unpaid item strike being filed against the buyer.

Shipping Policy - We generally choose Parcel Post as our primary means of shipping because it is economical, but this is the slowest delivery method the Postal Service offers.
