This revolutionary Afro-Spanish band was one of the first of its ilk, blending pop and ethnic music to irresistible perfection. Included here is the original PBS documentary TERRA GITANA, which details the group's international appeal and the evolution of their sound. Also featured is an entire concert, recorded at the peak of the Gipsy Kings' popularity. The song selection features such infectious classics as "Baila Me," "Bamboleo," and "Trista Pena," and the energy, emotion, and fun of a live Kings show is captured in full.
