·     You will receive an email from Fedex with your tracking number when shipped.

·     I only accept paypal for payment (From a confirmed paypal address only) within 3 days of auction end

·     No P.O. boxes please, only an actual address

·     All non-paying winning bidders will receive a negative feedback and non-paying strike, So please do not bid unless you plan to pay

·     There is a $5 charge for packing materials and handling included in the calculator price. (below are sample costs that make up the material fees)

o       packing supplies are: Boxes which range from $2 to $8 each (sometimes I can recycle plus my labor)

o       Packing tape at $7 per roll for the secure, strong stuff

o       If it is a large item and the box either needs rebuilding or a box made, a doublewall sheet of cardboard is $8.90 plus the labor to build (a lot of boxes take an hour to make)

o       All these items can be a “part” of the material fee

·     My merchandise comes from major department store liquidation, closeout, shelf pulls, display or demo, open box, and some may be a return. I try my best to check and test all items and advise as well as possible of all conditions

·     Everything is sold as-is, but I take pride in being honest, and don’t walk away from issues within a week of receiving an item. Please don’t call me with an issue in a 2 months.

If needed, returns will be handled on an individual basis.

·     Shipping is based on your zip code, not a flat rate.

·     There is a $5 pickup fee (warehouse in Hamburg 14075) Sorry, this fee is non-negotiable.

·     Please advise if I am shipping to a business or a residence

·     Please include a daytime phone number- this helps for shipping.

·     No shipping outside of the 48 United States- this means no Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, unless special arrangements are made.

·     Sorry, I will not ship to Canada anymore as I have been burned by too many people not paying their gst, pst and duty!

·     No APO, AFB, FPO, or PO BOXES Please.
