The Torch Relay for Children's Miracle Network is a unique multi-day event where participants walk, run and cycle at events throughout the country to raise money for their local Children's Hospital.

This event began in 1990 as a simple relay throughout the northern Virginia - Washington, DC area. In that first year, the event raised just over $10,000. A lot has changed since 1990 and so has the event, beginning with a statewide relay in 2002, becoming a multi-state event in 2003 and nationwide relay, traveling coast to coast in 2005. Since the simple beginnings of this event, The Torch Relay for CMN has raised more than $5 million dollars for Children's Hospital nationwide.

The Torch Relay for CMN is an exciting and fun event for participants who walk between 3 - 15 miles, run 5 - 10 miles or cycle as much as 110 miles. The Torch Relay for Children's Miracle Network is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit corporation. All funds go to the local Children's Hospital in the city where they were raised.
