Do You Ever Attend Events?
Home Shows? Bridal Shows? Antique Shows, RV Shows, Green Expos? Holiday Shows? Sportsman Shows? Family Expos? Golf Shows? Or any other Fair, Expo or Show?
Do you know that many of the Companies producing these events make a tremendous amount of money on producing these events? Some of the Vendors that rent booths in shows will rent multiple booths. Two booths! Four booths! Six booths and more! How many booths were in the last event you went to? 100 booths? 500 booths? 1000 booths? 2000 booths?
There's BIG money in producing events!
Have you ever noticed the events happen again and again every year? Why?
THE SHOW PRODUCERS ARE MAKING TONS OF MONEY!
SOME OF THOSE SHOW PRODUCERS MAKE MILLIONS ! ! !
I'm a Show Producer who has been producing events for 21 years. I've produced hundreds of events across the US and Canada. My first circuit of shows had $7,000.000.00 in income.
I've made a considerable amount of money producing events. In addition, I've also sold some of the events to other companies for a very nice profit.
The event industry has been very lucrative for me and has provided me with financial security. Unlike typical job scenarios... I work when I want to work, I don't worry about being laid off and don't worry about being promoted or demoted. I enjoy a secure lifestyle based on what I've created.
I have a unique proprietary system of producing events that I've developed over 21 years.
The design for each event is to have:
(1) LOW START-UP COSTS
(2) LOW EXPENSES
(3) BE HIGHLY PROFITABLE
Logistically, it's not possible for me to do shows in every city or town in the U.S. and Canada. For a limited amount of people annually, I'm willing to teach you how I successfully produce events using techniques that I have mastered over the years. You in turn can take this information and start your own show, fair or expo. I'm not here to sell you books or CD's but to provide you with valuable one on one teaching of "how I do it".
While I'm willing to teach you on how I successfully produce events - I also need to protect myself from new competition in my own markets. Anyone I train needs to sign a noncompete not to do any events in Colorado (where I produce most of my events) as well as not to do specific events in California. By the way, you don't need to live in the area where you may produce your events. So for instance if you live in Colorado, you can produce events outside of Colorado.
So Why Do You Want To Consider Producing Your Own Fairs, Shows or Expos?
I've been in the Event Business for 21 years. Over that time I've dabbled in a few other things. From my experience, NOTHING even comes close to the event business. The "event" business is the perfect business for the following reasons:
#1 HOME BASED BUSINESS.
#2 LOW COST. With the system I've developed - I can add on new events all the time for very little additional out of pocket money.
#3 LOW RISK. It doesn't take me very long to start making money on an event. I keep my start-up costs low and my profit potential high.
#4 HUGE PROFIT POTENTIAL. My first set of shows had $7,000,000.00 in revenue!
#5 RECESSION RESISTANT. Marketing and advertising are the keys to business growth in a normal or recession economy. Events are some of the best forms of advertising for companies because they can market face to face with the people who potentially can be interested in their product or service.
#6 FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN BUSINESS.
#7 NO BOSS! YOU'RE THE BOSS
#8 NO EMPLOYEES. NO PAYROLL!!!
#9 THERE ARE 9 MAJOR MULTIPLE REVENUE SOURCES
#10 YOU DON'T NEED VERY MUCH CAPITAL TO START THIS BUSINESS. In some markets, as little as $2000.
#11 BUILD UP YOUR BUSINESS AND SELL IT IN JUST A FEW YEARS. I'VE SOLD SHOWS FOR 3 TIMES THEIR NET WORTH. Recently, I sold some events to another Company for close to $500,000.00
#12 MINIMAL EXPENSES.
#13 YOU CAN DO THIS PART TIME OR FULL TIME.
#14 HAVE OTHER PEOPLE SELL BOOTHS FOR YOU AT 100% COMMISSION. YOU CAN SELL BOOTHS ALSO. I show you how I find GREAT salespeople to sell booths for me on commission.
#15 GET ADVERTISING AT A DISCOUNT OR FREE
I show you how I've done it. Great example below.
#16 USE TRADE TO BUILD UP YOUR BUSINESS.
#17 DOOR ADMISSIONS. EXPONENTIAL POTENTIAL OF PEOPLE WHO PAY TO GET INTO A SHOW!!!
- If 5,000 People Pay You $7 To Get Admission To Your Event That's..........$35,000!
- If 10,000 People Pay You $7 To Get Admission To Your Event That's...,.....$70,000!
- If 15,000 People Pay You $7 To Get Admission To Your Event That's.......$105,000!
- IF25,000 PEOPLE PAY YOU $7 TO GET ADMISSION TO YOUR EVENT THAT'S...................$175,000!
THIS IS ALL ABOVE AND BEYOND ANY OTHER REVENUE FOR YOUR SHOW!!!
#18 YOU CAN TRADE OUT BOOTH SPACE FOR THINGS YOU WANT. Some things you may be able to trade for: Website creation, Website marketing, Graphic services, Hotel stays, Restaurants and more!
#19 GREAT TAX BENEFITS.
#20 TAKE TIME OFF! VACATION! ENJOY LIFE!
THE TRAINING I GIVE YOU TEACHES YOU SECRETS OF THE TRADE THAT I'VE PERSONALLY DEVELOPED OVER TWENTY ONE YEARS.
Here's just a small sample of the some of the events you can produce:

and Many More.
How Much Would You Pay To Learn A Trade?
You could go to a two to four years College or University to learn a trade which may cost you upwards to $40 to $50k. If you're like a lot of people who go to College you get a degree but that doesn't promise you financial security.
What About Becoming A Show Producer?
In one weekend I teach you my secrets! My way of doing shows. YES - - IN ONE WEEKEND! You learn what has taken me 21 years to perfect and learn. I give you all sorts of course material including copies of actual contracts, advertising samples and more from shows that I have produced. I also produce a customized Survey Report for you which gives you solid information on the city or town you would like to produce an event at. You and I talk prior to the training on the phone and I give you advice on what shows I like and listen to your suggestions as well to help you decide on the best show for you to produce. In addition, I'm available for you after the training to answer your questions.
What About Buying A Franchise?
You could. But what are you buying? Some of the sandwich Franchises are $250,000 plus. What do you get for that? A system. A system that isn't as free as it looks. With a Franchise you have to pay ongoing royalties, you have to manage employees, comply with the cities ordinances, pay property taxes, order inventory, handle customer problems and the list goes on. By the way, do your research you'll find many "Sandwich" franchise owners net around 60k - 70k a year. That's not sensible. With the event business you control when you want to work. Producing events is fun and it costs a lot less to start with more potential than a sandwich franchise. The only thing I want to do with a sandwich franchise is eat there. Let someone else own it!
---------------------
The primary season for producing shows around the Country is between Sept - Nov and Jan - April. In the off - time, I usually take 2 - 3 vacations.
This is not a Business Opportunity. This isn't hype. This is knowledge. You're hiring me to be your own personal teacher. I will teach you the methods that have made me a lot of money producing events.
My Events Have Been Featured All Over The United States and Canada: Here's a small sampling:
(1) Magazines - Success Magazine, Entrepreneur Magazine and many others
(2) Television Networks - ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX affiliates
(3) Radio Stations - Across North America. To many to list!
(4) Newspapers - Denver Post, Los Angeles Times, News Tribune and more. Virtually every major newspaper in every major market in the U.S. and Canada.
A Recent Shows Numbers
The show had close to $300,000.00 of quality advertising but the advertising cost me about $1500. Yes you read that correctly.
I TEACH YOU HOW I GET ADVERTISING FOR PENNIES ON THE DOLLAR.
For $1500, the advertising consisted of: 700 TV spots, 160 radio spots on three major top rated stations with on air giveaways, Ads in the weekly newspaper, Ads in the daily newspaper, Ads in a top notch regional publication and more. The advertising brought people through the door who paid me admission!!!
The booth space in the show retailed for $999 plus some people bought more than one booth. The show had over 100 booths. The admission to the show was $9 and attendance was in the thousands.

ADDITIONAL THOUGHTS…
(1) Creating Wealth In Your Business Not Someone Elses
Did you know that typically when a Business Broker is trying to figure out what a business is worth they multiply it by a factor of 2 or 3? What does this mean? Well if you have $500,000.00 in net sales it's very possible to sell that particular business for $1,000,000.00 to $1,500,000.00. People love to buy service businesses and the Event Industry is attractive to buyers because it has no inventory, no perishables, no rent (if home-based), and no employees. I’ve sold shows over the years and never have had problems attracting buyers.
(2) Freedom.
The show industry is seasonal. In the off season I travel and enjoy the fruits of my labor.
(3) Knowledge Creates Wealth.
The people I've met that have attained wealth are generally Doctors, lawyers and Entrepreneurs. If you pick the right Entrepreneurial path it can create the lifestyle you want.
(4) INVEST IN YOURSELF.
Invest in yourself. The best way to becoming rich is to own your own business. Build it and keep it, or build it and sell it. With shows, I've sold some shows and kept others. Everyday I'm in control. No one tells me what to do - I do what I want to do. I'm living the American Dream.
