Computer Hard-drive, 250 GB capacity; memory storage

This is an internal harddrive.

I think it is ide. One end of the harddrive has a 4pin connector that is for the power cable plug; there is also a two inch connector with 39pins that is for the data cable plug; between those two there is a 1cm connector with 8pins that has a red sleeve on two of the pins, shorting them out.

Does the name Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 250Gbytes give you any indication??

There is a little sticker on the hard-drive with what looks like an install date: 120507... does that indicate that it is more likely SATA or IDE?

It is in as-new condition; it has been kept wrapped in the original grey plastic bag and bubble wrap very securely.

The only information I have is what is on the sticker on the hard-drive. The serial number is 9QF29G7N. I think it has been used; at any rate, the packet has been opened. The harddrive is a Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 Ultra ATA.

I have made an error, in the listing; the pins and connectors are the same, but it is not a 250Gbytes drive, but a 160GBytes drive.
