MINOR SCRATCHES CAN BE FOUND ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE LAPTOP . THE SERIAL KEY IS LABELED on UNDERSIDE OF THE LAPTOP. THE LAPTOP COMES WITH 512mb OF RAM, A 20GB HD AND A NICE SIZED SCREEN. THIS ITEM HAS NOT BEEN PROFESSIONALLY REFURBISHED BUT CLEANED UP TO THE BEST OF MY ABILITY (I work in IT).
