Yes, Virginia Santa by Pipka.  Introduced in 1999 and is now retired.  This is a limited edition piece, number 1330. This is a wonderful full size 11 inch Santa figurine, cast in resin and hand painted. Retailed for $105 and is valued at between $100-$350 (Collector's Information Bureau). CoA original story and tee-pee card included.

I am having to close up shop and selling all my inventory. These beautiful pieces were displayed in locked cases and always treated with the care they deserve! They are in perfect condition with no blemishes and were in a smoke free environment. All have their original boxes and packaging material. I am selling these well below retail and current values.
