Paypal is the only form of payment that we accept. Please pay within 24 hours of auction close to ensure fast shipping. If payment is not received within 4 days of auction close, an unpaid item dispute will be filed. If payment is not made within 8 days of auction close, an unpaid item strike will be filed and the item will no longer be available for purchase.

Shipping

Most items ship within 24-48 business hours of receiving cleared payment. We ship 5 days a week Monday-Friday. All small items with a value under $300 are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (normally takes 2-5 days to arrive). Larger or heavy items (over 5 pounds) are shipped via USPS Parcel Post or Fed Ex Ground (normally takes 2-10 days to arrive). All items with a Value over $300 are shipped via Fed Ex Ground (normally takes 2-6 days to arrive) with Signature Required upon delivery.


WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY, SO PLEASE DON'T ASK.

Returns

All USED items have a 7 day conditional warranty. Buyer has 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange due to a non-functioning device. We do not pay return shipping of the warrantied device. We pay return shipping of the replacement device. Phones cannot be returned due to carrier incompatibility or physical condition. Exchanges are for the same model only. 


RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE NOT ALLOWED ON BROKEN ITEMS. Broken items are sold as is for parts or repair. No guarantees are made on anything broken. All broken item purchases are made at the bidders risk completely.


RETURNS MAY BE subject to a RESTOCKING FEE of 20%. We are not responsible for return shipping or for items lost or damaged in the return process.
