Shipping and Handling includes a small charge for handling fees.  If postage exceeds the listed amount, seller will absorb difference.  If postage is much less than the listed amount, seller will refund the difference minus the small handling fee. If "Free Shipping" is offered, seller will choose the most economical shipping method. 

Handling time for shipment is 5 business days.  If unforeseen circumstances create a longer handling time, seller will contact buyer with information and expected dates of shipment.

Returns are accepted unless otherwise noted.  Returns are accepted within the first 7 days on receipt.  Buyer is responsible for return postage unless seller has agreed to refund the return postage.  Please contact seller to arrange return of items. My goal is to have each purchase an excellent experience, so I will work hard to resolve whatever issues may arrive in your purchase.
