ship most of our packages using PayPal, you will receive an automated email
from PayPal that contains your shipment date and tracking number.

Information
We currently receive most of our items
from a #1 home shopping network. We do not know the history of each item. We
inspect every item before we list it on ebay and make every attempt to list as
accurately as we can. Most items are new or like new condition. We do open all
packages and repackage items so we can properly inspect each item. We are not
perfect and we do overlook things from time to time, but please be assured it
is not intentional.
We test everything as best as we can. If
its AC powered, we plug it in. If it is battery powered we install batteries
and test it. Batteries will not be included. We do not check the functions of
the items. Some items just have too many functions or required software to
check them all. Any items listed as untested are sold as is with no returns or
adjustments. We always try to include any paperwork that we receive with the
item, so it may come with Manufactures Warranty Information. However all items
are sold without warranty.
Auction Photographs and

Stock photographs are used most of the
time, so please read the auction carefully for exact item details.
We generally use our supplier’s
descriptions, but we do try to include any information we feel may be
important.
Payments
Due to
eBay’s new payment policies we can only accept PayPal payments.
All payments are required within 10 days
of the auction end, unless other arrangements have been made.

Returns
We will only issue refunds if we have
misrepresented the condition of an item. Any issues must be reported with in 7
days of receipt of the package. No exceptions. Please check your item as soon
as it is received. Shipping and handling is never refundable under any circumstances
and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. This is our return policy;
however we always try to work out any problems as long as it is reported within
7 days of receipt.
