This is a brand new needleart by Brenda Gervais Punchneedle Designs #PN156 Winter Fun.  I purchased without realizing a punch needle was needed and decided I would just sell it to someone who already does punchneedle projects. 

There are three pens --

Snowman with Stars - rectangular

Snowman with Hat - Round

The kit is new -- purchased from needcraft store in Holmes County Ohio 2 years ago.
