Our return Policy:

If upon reception of your item you are not satisfied given that the item would be different then described,please email us and let us know we will give you our return address and will reimbourse you upon return of the good ,we do not reimbourse shipping cost encountered by the returns and the item must be in the same condition then when sent.We do not offer partial refund so please dont ask ,If an Item is sold as is we do not offer reimboursement,Watches described as not tested for time accuracy are not guaranteed to keep time and reimboursement will not be granted for this reason also.

Shipping within Canada is express post only ,we charge the price of a prepaid express envelope + 2 bubble protective enveloppes ,I dont ship any other ways within Canada ,so please dont ask if i would ship via another service ,i wont.

Usa:

Shipping to the USA is made Expedited mail with insurances and delivery confirmation nb.A delivery confirmation nb is not a tracking nb and only shows when the item was delivered and shipped.Shipping takes 12 working days based on Canadapost schedule which is Monday to Friday excepting Holidays.Some Custom delays might apply and Cant be control on my part .If your not comfortable with this please dont bid.I also offer Express Post services which is 5 working days with tracking and insurances based on the same rules as expedited Custom delays might be encountered. All items exceeding 200 dollars are shippid via express post only ,And all items Such as Rolexes or Vintage Precious Watches are shipped via Fedex or another superior shipping methods ,the price of shipping will be calculated base on your destination and buyer must wait for the invoice before remitting payment .

International Shipping:

International shipping for small items of lesser value is made via Airmail without insurances nor tracking ,Items worth 200$ and more will only be shipped Via Ems International which is 50.00$ as a starting price no manner the size of package these prices can be verified at www.canadapost.ca and are not negociable .Australian buyers as i sold several items to your country you must know that Items such as Royal doulton figurines are quite expensive to ship and depending on size EMS express might be imposed so please inquire previous of bidding.I no longer ship to ITALY no exceptions anymore anyone from this location will see its bid cancelled.
