    Refunds

    We do our best to list all details about all the items we list!  In the last few months we have had a few buyers request refunds for "color reasons (example-->they thought it would be lighter or darker)" which we honored as they stated the item was still sealed.  Once returned we noticed that they had resealed the item after opening or trying the product.  We had to trash those items as we only sell BRAND NEW BE items for health care reasons.  Therefore, for the safety of our buyer there we be NO REFUNDS on any of our listings.  Again, ask before you bid we can answer questions about size, color, type, and more.
