Shipping:

All of our items are shipped via HK Post Office Mail. The shipping always take about 2 to 3 weeks. Insurance is optional but recommended, which is set within our listings but may change at any time. You may choose not to place insurance on such an item, but uninsured packages that are lost or damaged will not receive a refund of any type.

For most of our items we offer First Class International shipping. There isn't tracking available on it however, so if you want another method of shipping, please request it before paying for your items.  All buyers will be responsible for all customers charges.  We write the price that you paid for each item on the label.  We do not provide discount for multiple items.

All of my items are from smoke and pet free home.
For any request of return item, we need to receive it in its original condition, still packaged in its original packaging. There will be a 15% processing fee applied in such a case.
When we sell an item, we expect that the customer will be happy with what they receive. Our advertisements tell exactly what is included with the item. We usually ship the item within Three business day after payment. We have shipping prices listed on each of the items we sell. If you think that our shipping prices are too expensive, please do not bid on the item. Once we receive payment, we will send appropriate feedback.
