Up for bid is this very nice Shopping Cart Handle Cover--The cover measures 16" long and is 7 1/2" wide.  The cover is held on the handle with 1" wide Black Velcro.  The fabric is a Printed Cotton, Colors are Black, White, Red, Blue and Yellow.  The bottom fabric is a Black Solid Cotton. The cover has a double layer of quilt batting for extra comfort while you are shopping.  The cover is great to have with you while you are shopping,,you and your child will not have to touch those dirty shopping cart handles. This cover would also be nice to give to a Mom with young children.  The cover will also fit on your Seat Belt Shoulder Strap.
