Attention all bidders (especially those new to EBay): Your bid is a binding agreement between the buyer and seller. Shipping

I ship packages within 3 business days (M-F) after receiving payment. All items are shipped via Air Mail with a 5-10 business days delivery standard, if you require any special conditions, please email me prior to auction ending for arrangements.

International 

Please contact me for rates if one is not listed on the auction item already.

Insurance is recommended. In the event that your package is lost or stolen, there is not much Canada Post (or I) can do without the package being insured. I will not be held responsible for damage or theft that may occur during shipping. Please email me at end of auction if you would like insurance. There will be a $3 handling fee added for internationally insured packages, as I will need to make a special trip to the post office (I am unable to purchase insurance online for international packages).

Attn: International Buyers - 1. Many countries charge import taxes/fees. The ending bid amount will be the amount entered for the declared value. Check with your country's customs department to see whether you will be responsible for any duties. I will not mark the item as gift (FYI - That is ILLEGAL). 2. Please check your country's import restrictions before bidding. 3. To expedite your package thru customs, please give me your telephone # to put on the customs form. 

Shipping Discounts: I offer shipping discounts for items ending within 7 days of each other. Please do not send payment until all items you intend to bid on are over and I have sent a combined invoice (otherwise, items may be shipped separately and no discount will be given).

I accept PAYPAL, ONLY. Payment must be sent within 7 DAYS of close of auction.

Return Policy

I currently do not accept returns, unless of course, I have misrepresented an item. Please email me immediately if this is the case.

Feedback

I take feedback very seriously. If you have a problem with an item upon delivery, please contact me immediately. I will do my best to resolve any issue that may arise. If you do not inform me of the problem and leave negative or neutral feedback instead, then you put me in a position to do the same. I check my feedback about once a week and will leave it accordingly.
