Kenner Tree Tot Family

Included is the tree house, missing parts.  Elevator works & tree top pops nicely.  The stair case is included but broken.  No swing.  Overall in great condition, no condition issues inspite of a little grime.  Decals are fine.  Coming along is Mom, Dad, Son and a police officer.  The officer is in rough condition.  The other people also have some scuffing, but not as bad as the officer.  Sorry, no furniture I wish I had it!
