This adorable dress would make a great Christmas dress.......all those pictures.
 
There is a spot on the skirt in the pic.   (water from my steam iron)
 
Lovely  red cordory collar with holly on the white undercollar.  Goes great with the plaid!
 
The dress is smocked and has cordinating bloomers.
 
From shoulder to the hem it is 19 inches.
 
60% cotton    40% polyester           machine wash    tumble dry
