We have been very fortunate and are using this downtown during post production of our last film to upgrade to 1080p.  These cameras have been our bread and butter for the last 9 months and have babied more than anything else we own.  Each camera have been head cleaned, with no visible or known issues.  They both have less than 400 hours of total use, and limitied, if any, use with the MiniDV side.  For anyone interested in producing professional grade, I recently worked on a reality television show for CMT, a documentary for PBS, and several national commercials with this set up.  You will be quite lucky.  We are an indie studio and have no need for the broadcast side, but for anyone that wants that, this is the best setup you will find under 10,000.
