We take anything and everything back.. as long as you return it with all its labels, stickers, packaging... unworn, not smelling funky... or like your dog rolled over it...  We must receive your return within 14 days of purchase. If an exchange is needed, you need to return your items first.  If you would like to simply return your item for a refund, refund will be processed once item is in our hands. Not before... 
You may return the item using any method available. However, we do recommend using a method that can be tracked to avoid lost merchandise. If item gets lost or damaged in transit, we will not be able to process a refund. Sorry, original shipping cost is not reimbursed on returns or exchanges unless we mis-represented the item upon advertising. If your item was shipped "free", shipping costs will be deducted from refund, unless we mis-represented the item upon advertising.

2. Is this going to be a return or an exchange? 
3. What is the reason you're sending the item back? 
4. If this is an exchange, what would you like to replacement with.
