Shipping & up to $50 insurance = $5.75 ($4.00 + $1.75) (add $1.00 if 2 albums are won)

Shipping & up to $100 insurance= $6.25 ($4.00 + $2.25) (add $1.00 if 2 albums are won)

Any insurance amount above $100 = add $1.00 for each $100 insured
