I bought this phone on ebay new, August 9, 2009. It is a great phone, however what I did not like about it was, the open face, and having to lock it when I put it in my front pocket. I had a RAZR before and preferred it. So, I bought me a RAZR. I do not use a phone very much, mostly contacting my wife when at the store, and her being able to contact me, you know to add something to my shopping list.  The phone works great, and is small. No guarantee, except that it is working. The phone does have itunes. Of course, no sms card. You will have ton get your own.  I do have, and will include the wall charger.  There is no manual, but you can access it on line.
