l Press MODE button to transfer and display in turn: Mile>Km>calorie> step

l Default: stride default is 60cm(24inch), weight default is 60kg( 120pound), the miles, calorie and kilometer dose not.

 

Remark:

l The result distance is based on a two foot stride.
