This is a Membership Manual of The Methodist Church published in 1940.  It is a softcover book, 75 pages.  The cover has pencil writing that can be seen in one of the photos.  Inside has some stains on the first couple of pages (also seen in one of the photos) and pen / pencil markings on some of the pages.
