This auction is for an original Always Hallows Series painting (where All Hallows Eve lasts all year long, ghosties are forever friendly, witches are real neighborly folk and Harvest Time is always in the air).  The Always Hallows Series has continued for 7 years on Ebay.  I am a card carrying Halloweenaholic and it is a wonderful excuse to spread Halloween joy throughout the year.
The painting was done in the style of Deco era greeting cards with a updated palette of colors.  Twisty bendy trees and a full moon silhouette the witch and her little black cat.  I think the cat is whispering something important into her ear.  Perhaps he wants to play with the bats.
The acrylic painting is on artist grade heavy duty 8 by 10 inch professional grade illustration board and is protected by a polyurethane coating for ease of care. 
I suggest everyone into Halloween decorating start a new tradition for the holiday.  Collect Halloween art during the year.  At decorating time switch Halloween paintings for your normal wall decor.  Create a Halloween art gallery and have a gallery opening for your Halloween party.  Encourage guests to bring their own Halloween creations.  (The children love this one.)  Award a Best of Show prize.  This is a great idea for encouraging creativity while enjoying the season.
