Up for bid is this very nice Shopping Cart Handle Cover--PENN STATE--Nittany Lions.....The top fabric is a Printed Cotton... Navy Blue and White..The Words "PENN STATE" and "NITTANY LIONS", with a Paw Print, Helmet and Lions head is on the Fabric.  The bottom fabric is a Blank/Royal, print Cotton..The inside of the Cover has a Double layer of quilt batting for extra comfort while you are shopping.  The Cover is held on the Handle of the Cart with Velcro.  The cover is reversible.  This cover would be a great gift of any Penn State  Nittany Fan..  It would make a very nice Christmas or Birthday gift.  This cover will be nice to keep with you in the car,,when you go into a store,,you and your Child, will not have to touch those dirty Shopping Cart Handles..  The cover measures 20 1/2" long and is 7 1/2" wide.
