Antique Harp Ornament not really sure ?





 

I am not sure if this is a Harp, I call it as I see it.
I don't have any proof what it is, all I know it is a very old ornament, you don't see ornaments like this for sale very often
 
This one and others that I have listed, came from an Estate sale that has many beautiful things and it all was very well cared for.
 
The ornament is perfect.
I think at one time there must have been a ornament cap at the base of the ornament. I have looked at some of my picture books and some show it with a cap, and some without a cap.
Everything else about this if perfect.
The paper part of this ornament is perfect condition, no tares

The ornament measures 3 inches tall.
 
 
I try my best to describe the items that I see accurately.
