I bought a box of used books, etc. at a yard sale. Many of the books included were of real estate related topics. This is an International Association of Assessing Officers Book on appraisal and assessing. The book is in very good condition. The cover has a corner crease, and there are a few words written in pencil inside the front cover. Otherwise there are no marks, highlighted areas, etc. The assessing officers website indicates a non member price of $75.
