RUBSIGN INTACT AND WORKING. HE HAS A BIT OF WEAR ON THE CHROME PAINT ON HIS CHEST BUT IT CAN BE TOUCHED UP EASILY. I'LL LEAVE THAT TO YOU. HIS HEAD DOESNT STAY IN. I take pride in my packing so items arrive as I've described. Items will be packed in cardboard boxes with padding to ensure a safe delivery. I don't charge a handling fee but the postage price includes a couple of dollars for stationary (box or tough bags, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, tape etc).
