Return Policy

• Products can be returned for refund/exchange ONLY if the products have not been openned nor used AND if the products are returned within 7 days of receipt. All returns that do not meet these requirements will be rejected and returned to the buyer.
• Buyer bears all the costs involved to ship the products back to us.
• The Shipping & Handling fees are NOT refundable.
• Restocking fee might apply for non-defective product return.
• Returns that involved defective/damaged product is an exception. We will gladly ship the replacement in a timely manner.
• If the original product purchased is no longer available, the buyer is entitled for an exchange with another product that has the same value.
