This dress was purchased online and when I received it, I tried it on and it did not fit.  It is true to size...my mistake on the ordering.

The dress is tiered chiffon and has a thin belt that goes around the waist.  It is beautiful and a perfect "little black dress"

The dress retailed for $159.
