PERFECT EPSON PERFECTION 2580 PHOTO SCANNER - USED ONCE

I purchased this scanner a couple of years ago to scan all my old slides and negatives and it's been sitting in my aircondtioned closet ever since. The Epson 2580 captures very nice and very fast photo, slide & film scans but so do a lot of other scanners. You want to get this scanner for one reason and one reason only - the handy auto film loader. To my knowledge this is the only flatbed scanner with a film loader that flips open with a push of your finger and automatically feeds your strip of film negative into your scanner for processing. No tray loading, no time consuming alignment. All is done automatically, making any tweaks through the bundled software, with minimal fuzz and minimal handling. And it's very fast.

I guarantee this scanner to be like new, functionally as well as cosmetically.

For some reason the 2580 has been recently discontinued by Epson and replaced by another model which is cheaper and which DOES NOT HAVE AUTO FILM LOADING.
