As you know, detailed seller ratings are now very important to sellers when feedback is given. You will be rating me in 4 areas. I would like to comment on each one as to what you can expect from me:

1. ITEM AS DESCRIBED: I will try to describe the item very accurately. However, if the item arrives, and it is not to your satisfaction, I ask you to contact me and I will try to correct any problem you have. I do offer returns with Buyer paying the return shipping unless the item has been accidently misrepresented, in which case I will pay the return shipping.

2. COMMUNICATION: I will notify the winning bidder when I ship. Orders shipped in the United States will have Delivery Confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package along its way.

3. SHIPPING TIME: I will ship in 1 to 3 business days. Please keep this in mind when leaving feedback. Please evaluate me on when I shipped your item, not how long the carrier takes to deliver.

4. SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES: I will wrap your item very carefully. Due to the cost of shipping supplies, I may charge up to $1.00 on shipping. If the item ships above $1.00 on shipping, I will refund the extra charge. This is a very reasonable charge. The bidder knows exactly what the shipping will be by the use of the shipping calculator. Please do not bid if you do not consider this to be a reasonable charge, since you are evaluating me on this charge.
