I'm old enough to remember old barns like this and I loved painting this one. I was raised
in the farm country of Cavalier, North Dakota. As the years go by these barns are disappearing and many have been replaced with all steel buildings called quonset huts which to my mind
aren't attractive like the old wooden ones.

What a Wonderful World……..”

I really can’t improve on those heartfelt words sung by Louis Armstrong. They say exactly what I feel about
painting beautiful landscapes.

Put another way, I invite you into my world  to see and feel what I'm trying to express. I truly hope you are able
to appreciate this effort for it is heartfelt and sincere. I do not paint for awards and accolades however welcome
they are. I paint for you! I paint for real people….

The retail value of this painting is $250, but it has been in my inventory for a couple of years and I'm cleaning
