RETURNS

If you receive the item and within 3 days are not fully satisfied with the phone then you may return the phone (once you have contacted us first) and we will give you an exchange for another phone.

The phone must be returned in the exact condition as it was received in.

There is 60 day Factory Warranty on this phone for any factory defects.

Claims:

All damage claims and discrepancies must be made within 3 business days of the item being received. There will be No exceptions to this policy. If a item arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy, We will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner and to your satisfaction. Credits and or refunds will be at the sole discretion of Superior*Service and will only be issued if damaged item or discrepancies can be verified by the carrier. If you dispose of the item before we can verify the damages/ discrepancy we will not issue any credits or refund. All claims must be issued in writing by Ebay messages or e-mail.

 Incorrect Address:

All orders must be completed with the correct address, city, state, zip and telephone number. We will not be responsible for a item being mis-delivered or being delivered late when a bad address or wrong telephone number is supplied. We will ship to the address supplied on the order.

• The original shipping fee, which is listed on the official carriers’ site, will be charged when a bad address is supplied and the carrier needs to make an address correction or when a suite number/ apartment number is not supplied. This fee may and will be incurred any time a zip code, city and state do not match.

• Claims or requests for refunds on gifts returned due to a bad address will not honored.

• Claims for late deliveries due to missing suite numbers / apartment numbers or incorrect information will not be honored.

 Returns:

In the event a carrier returns a parcel due to being refused, a bad address being supplied or non availability of a recipient all shipping charges assessed by the carrier will be charged.

Warranty

 Maintenance and warranty:

 1 Superior*Service's Obligations & Warranty Period:

During the Limited Warranty Period, Superior*Service will repair or replace, at our sole option, any defective component of the item, provided that the item is returned promptly upon discovery of the defect and during the Limited Warranty Period.

The warranty is ONLY to the original item for a period of 6 months from the date of shipment from Superior*Service.

2 Allocation of Risk

The agents, employees, distributors, dealers and drop shipping partners are not authorized to make modifications to this Limited Warranty, or make additional warranties binding on Superior*Service. Accordingly, additional 3

statements such as advertising or presentations, whether oral or written, do not constitute warranties by Superior*Service and should not be relied upon.

3 Services under warranty:

To obtain service, items must be returned in

 *The original packaging with all components included

 *Purchaser's sales receipt

 *Comparable substitute proof of sale showing the     date of purchase and the serial number of items.

 *Settlement of return shipping fee

Superior*Service will pay to ship the repaired item and repaired item will be warranted for a period equal to the remainder of the original Limited Warranty Period.

For valid RMA, please contact Superior*Service to have a period of troubleshooting, prior to returning the item. By Superior*Service's sole option, use rebuilt, reconditioned, or new parts or components when repairing any item or replace item, reconditioned or new item.

4 Warranty does not cover:

(a) Defects or damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unusual physical, electrical or electromechanical stress, modification or any part thereof, or cosmetic damage;

(b) Removal, alteration or defacing of the serial number or other identifying marks on the item;

(c) All plastic surfaces and other externally exposed components that are scratched or damaged due to normal use;

(d) Malfunctions resulting from the use of the conjunction with accessories, products or (ancillary) or peripheral equipment not provided in the original package; or

(e) Defects or damage from unauthorized or improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, servicing or adjustment of the System. 4

Any repairs or replacements provided by Superior*Services outside of the Limited Warranty Period (including repairs to or replacement after the end of the Warranty Period), or in excess of the services provided during the Limited Warranty Period, will subject to Superior*Service’s prevailing rates.
