COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS
There is a growing and disturbing flow of counterfeit products into the US and Canada. Recently some of Ramsond products joined the rank of products that are illegally copied and counterfeited. Ramsond Group has set up a special legal task force with intent to cooperate with legal authorities and others to pursue and prosecute those who place counterfeit Ramsond products into the market. Ramsond has also noticed that some of its information, marketing material or images have been copied by some retailers. Ramsond has successfully taken legal action against many of these suppliers and continues to vigilantly monitor the marketplace for any violation of its intellectual property rights.
If you have purchased a counterfeit Ramsond product, please inform the enforcement task force of Ramsond Group at ipenforcement@ramsond.com. You may also receive assistance from your State Attorney General office and/or the consumer fraud's division of your local FBI office.
AFTER-SALE SERVICE & WARRANTY
We have been contacted by victimized consumers who purchased units from many fly-by-night suppliers on the internet who provide shady warranty terms or fail to honor their warranty obligations. These victimized consumers often complain that they purchased products on the internet (often times on ebay), from no-name suppliers or those with questionable credentials, and they received no after-sale service. Many of these companies are often basement operations who simply import chinese-made knock offs of Ramsond units. Again, although they may be similar in appearance, they are quite different relative to operation and reliability. In contrast, Ramsond Sinemate generators come with a 1 year limited warranty, which covers both parts and labor. We have a highly advanced and fully equipped service department with certified technicians who are fully qualified to service and repair these units. We stock all components necessary for service. As much as we desire to render assistant to these victimized consumers, we regret that we do not provide service for these inferior or knock-off units. We only render service or support for authentic Ramsond products.
SECOND-HAND OR INFERIOR COMPONENTS
The quality of components used in an inverter generator determine its performance and durability. For example, the inverter, the heart of an inverter generator, is the most critical (and most expensive) component of a generator. Often many of these knock-offs and imitation products are equipped with SECOND-HAND, RECYCLED inverters. Similarly, there is a disturbing pattern of using recycled, substandard cooling systems and engine components. Furthermore, many try to pass a conventional and or modified wave generator as a true sine wave inverter generator. Ramsond Sinemate is among the very few and select group of inverter generators in the market with true sine wave output.
All components used in Ramsond equipment are BRAND NEW. All Ramsond products, including Ramsond Sinemate Inverter Generators, use only the best and the most premium components. All critical components used in Ramsond equipment are selected by its team of US specialists to ensure the highest quality and durability. Each step of the production is closely monitored and scrutinized and meets or exceeds the highest standards in the industry. And finally each and every unit is subjected to a rigorous quality control and inspection routine.

Payment
Unless otherwise clearly stated, all items are BRAND NEW and AVAILABLE IN STOCK and normally ship within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment. All payments must be received within 7 calendar days of close of auction or purchase date. All payments made by personal/business or electronic check require bank clearance prior to shipment. Automated Ebay Feedback Policy
We recognize the importance of feedbacks in eBay community and as such we use an automated feedback software provided by ebay. Our integrated software automatically (within 30 seconds) leaves a positive feedback for all paying purchasers who leave positive feedback for us.
Shipping
We do allow pick ups. We ship to physical address only. We DO NOT ship to P.O. Box, APO or FPO. We DO NOT offer combined shipping due to restrictions. Flat rate shipping rates, if offered, only apply to the 48 contiguous States. They do not apply to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico or other US territories. Please contact us for rates to those locations. Shipping method shall be ground shipping by the carrier of our choice (usually UPS, FEDEX or US Postal Service). We cannot accommodate the carrier of purchaser's choice. Tracking numbers will be available after 5 days from the date of shipping. All items will be shipped to the purchaser's address as entered onto paypal and/or ebay. We are not responsible for errors or inconsistencies in said addresses. Please update your address before you purchase. All items are shipped Free on Board (FOB) at our warehouse, freight prepaid. The customer takes title to the goods at the time of shipment. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSIT DELAYS.
International Shipping
For shipments to locations outside the United States the purchaser shall be responsible for custom clearance, duties, brokerage fees, taxes and other incidental charges. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine whether each product is suitable for import and use into their jurisdiction. For export documentation purposes, we CANNOT accommodate requests to declare the purchased item as "gift" or "sample" or undervalue the purchase amount as they are in contravention of US and Canadian law.
CANADIAN CUSTOMER
Please note that we receive constant complaints about the duties and brokerage fees charged by UPS to our Canadian customers. Unfortunately, we do not control these charges. Canadian customers often request shipment by US Post. However we CANNOT accommodate this request due to the high rate of loss/damage we have experienced with US POSTAL SERVICE.
Shipping Insurance
We use the most reputable carriers for the shipment of each order. Nevertheless, despite the best care and proper packaging, accidents do happen. Depending on the item, shipping insurance may be required, included or optional. If shipping insurance is provided as an added option, please note that we, nor the carrier, are under any circumstance, responsible for loss or damage incurred during the course of shipping, unless optional shipping insurance is purchased by the purchaser.
Inspection Upon Receipt
Upon receipt of the order, the purchaser/recipient is hereby requested to open the packaging and inspect the shipment thoroughly and completely for damage. All visible damage and/or nonconformity, regardless of its severity, size or significance must be noted on waybill or other shipping documents by the customer. Failure by the purchaser/recipient to note any damage, defect or irregularity in the shipping documents shall be construed as a declaration by the purchaser/recipient that the goods were received in good order and condition and free from any defect or non-conformity. If there is significant damage resulting from mishandling of goods by the shipping carrier, the customer is hereby asked to refuse the shipment. Additionally, The customer must notify us, in writing, within 48 hours of receipt of damaged, non-conforming product. In the event of shipping loss or damage, it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to file for an insurance claim and we will offer all necessary assistance to the purchaser for that purpose. Minor cosmetic damages that do not impact the operation or safety of the unit are expressly excluded under the terms of any return, warranty and/or insurance policy.
Limited Warranty
A 1 year manufacturer's limited warranty is furnished from the date of purchase warranting the product to be free of material defect or workmanship. In the event of product failure or malfunction, the purchaser shall return the defective/faulty product or component/part thereof to our designated repair facility for inspection. The faulty/defective product component/part will then repaired or replaced (at our option). The repaired/replaced component shall then be returned to the purchaser. The purchaser shall be responsible for all shipping and handling costs of returning (both ways) faulty products or parts to us for replacement or repair. Certain items which are subject to normal wear and tear are specifically excluded from this warranty (e.g. filters, spark-plugs, wheels, belts, etc). We shall not be responsible for faulty installation, operation or maintenance of the product and as such we recommend installation, assembly, repair and maintenance only by certified and qualified professionals. We reserve the right to require proof of same before honoring any parts warranty replacement/repair. Damage resulting from failure to use the product in a manner consistent with our/manufacturer’s recommendations shall render the limited warranty void. This limited warranty specifically excludes any consequential and/or incidental damages.
Technical Support
Although we may provide technical assistance via telephone or email to the customer, it is virtually impossible to troubleshoot all matters via telephone or remote assistance. As such, the offering by us of any technical assistance is made without any warranty or guarantee and provided on “as is” basis. Although we will try to provide technical support remotely (via telephone/email), in many circumstances the technical issue/problem may not be resolved despite our best efforts. As such, the purchaser expressly acknowledges, as an express condition of this sale, that the customer may be required to consult a professional technician for troubleshooting/repair/start-up and that any such consultation, shall be at the sole responsibility of customer and the customer shall bear all costs relative thereto. All such costs shall be the responsibility of the customer and we shall not be responsible for any costs or expenses related thereto.
Suitability and Compliance
It is the responsibility of each purchaser to determine whether any particular product is compliant with and permissible for use pursuant to the applicable rules, codes and/or regulations, if any, and suitable for particular use and operation. We make no representations or warranties whatsoever concerning the suitability of any merchandise for a particular use or purpose. Additional Policies
We reserve the right to make slight modifications necessary to the merchandise for product improvement, including cosmetic changes, changes in labeling and color. Colors as viewed on photographs or computer monitors may appear slightly different than the actual color of the product depending on the resolution of your monitor.
Returns
All sales are final. Returns are not accepted under any circumstance. To the extent we may be compelled to accept returns, they are subject to a minimum 30% stocking fee. The shipping and handling charges are always non-refundable.
