If you don’t know for sure, send us your complete model number so we can check it and let you know if it is right for your model. Also, do not buy one of our parts due to the numbers on your current part. Those numbers usually don’t refer to a part number and never refer to the model number. The numbers may even be different on two of the same part. The complete model number, from directly on your machine, not from a receipt or manual, must be checked with a manufacturer’s parts lookup to find out for sure if it is the right part for you. We cannot be held responsible if you get the wrong part number if you don’t let us look it up for you. We are happy to promptly check that for you and let you know. SHIPPING: WE SHIP ONLY TO THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES and only by USPS. Shipping is always free for our parts and we do not charge any handling fees. Your part will also have plenty of packing to prevent any breakage. The box almost always ships the same or next day by Priority mail, but if it is heavy it may have to go by Parcel Post. Please keep in mind that Parcel Post does take longer to get to you. RETURNS: Returns are rarely accepted so please make sure that the part that you are buying is exactly what you need. We can’t resell a part once it has been returned as there is no way for us to assess its condition once we ship it out to you. Parts need to be installed by an appliance technician as we cannot be responsible for damage to a part due to incorrect installation. PART CONDITION: As far as all our parts are concerned, they are always new, but we do open most of the boxes to inspect and make sure that we are sending you a perfect part. We know from experience that many parts come in with flaws or damage directly from the manufacturer or parts distributor. We want to make sure that we ship you a part that is exactly as it should be. Please take note that occasionally a part will come in with a small magic marker mark on it, but never in a place that shows when installed. The manufacturer puts that there to indicate that it has been through quality control. It does not mean that it is any less quality than any other brand new part.
