If you are purchasing a CD from us please be assured that they are brand new and factory sealed originals. So you can get the best deal possible, all our items are priced as low as they can be. Please do not ask us to lower our prices as you will only be told NO! Missing Items If in the unlikely event that your item has not arrived within 14 days of placing your order, please check with your local post office/depot first before contacting us. This is to ensure they are not holding your parcel for any reason. If you need to contact us about your missing item, please include your full customer name, Ebay User ID to help track down your order/s. Payment Options We accept PAYPAL, please note that if you do not have a Paypal account you can still use the Paypal option to pay using your debit or credit card, there is no cost to the buyer for using this service. Shipping We ship by Royal Mail and as such are bound by their terms of shipping, by bidding on our items you have accepted Royal Mail terms of carriage. We ship Monday-Friday and usually within 24hrs of your order. Although we use Royal Mail 1st Class post, please allow 2-3 days for delivery.
