If you're purchasing more than one of the same item, your shipping costs will be combined automatically. We allow up to 3 days to combine your shipments and complete your payment, however we recommend completing checkout much sooner after ordering to help ensure no items are sold out.

Please be aware that our prices are regularly updated to reflect item popularity, our cost of purchase, and market demand. We do not offer price adjustments if an item price raises or lowers before or after your order placement period. The posted price is valid only at the day & time you place your order. Some products available in multiple sizes and/or colors may be priced differently, this is intentional based on our pricing structure.
We allow up to 3 business days from your date of delivery to request a return or exchange and inspect product quality, size, and fit.
After this period, your order is considered final and binding
Exchanges must be of equal or greater value than your original ordered product(s) OR be of a different variation of size/color of the same product you originally ordered. To exchange an item, we require that you place a new order before returning your item(s) to be exchanged to insure sufficient stock is available. Exchanges requested without a corresponding re-order will be treated as a return and a restocking fee will be applied to your refund.
Returns will incur a non-negotiable 15% restocking fee. Returns must include all original packaging and must be in the same condition as you received. Once you have requested a return please allow 1-2 business days for a return authorization number and return instructions. Please expect a return processing time of up to 14 business days from the date we receive your return for a refund to be applied to your payment method. We will notify you once it has been completed.
Shipping Costs on returns and/or exchanges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. To help prevent lost packages, please always ship using delivery or signature confirmation. We're not liable for shipments lost in transit.

SEASONAL EXCLUSIONS:
Returns & Exchanges are NOT allowed for any order placed between the dates of October 5th and Decemeber 31st. This is non-negotiable, please choose your items carefully and ask questions before purchase if needed.
Currently, we ONLY ship to residential, business, and PO Box addresses physically located within the United States and APO/FPO military addresses. Shipment days are listed as BUSINESS DAYS or Monday-Friday. We do not normally ship on weekends, please plan accordingly for this.

We accept payment via Paypal or Credit Card. We do NOT prefer e-Check payments, please be aware that payments by e-Check will generally delay your order processing by an additional 5-10 business days.
