Combined Shipping
Items won within 4 days of each other are eligible for combined shipping discounts of 15% off the total shipping charge. For example, if shipping is $10.00 per item, combined shipping for 2 of this item would be $17.00 after the discount. If you have already paid for one item it will not be eligible for a discount so please wait until you are done shopping.

Canada and Int'l Customs/Brokerage Fees
Shipments going internationally (except Canada) are mostly sent via USPS. Typically items larger than 2 lbs. will ship to Canada via UPS and if the winning bid value is greater than $20.00 you may be imposed import duty and brokerage fees. These are collected by UPS upon delivery and is not something that we control. International buyers should expect to pay duties and taxes on imported goods for anything purchased from our store. If you are in Canada and buying an item valied at $20.00 or greater then you should expect to pay import duties and brokerage fees which are based on a percentage of the item's reported value.

Delivery Time
All items are usually shipped within 24 hours of the payment being cleared or on the next business day. Average delivery time within the US is 1-6 business days and 4-10 business days to Canada. International shipments can take from 5-21 business days or more depending on how long the item takes to clear through your local customs. If an item will not ship for more than 48 hours or 2 business days after your payment is cleared we will notify you.

Sales Tax
California Residents: Orders shipped within California are subject to CA sales tax. Listings that include a fixed shipping/handling charge will be taxed on the total purchase price according to California law.

Local Pick-ups
We offer local pickups only for fixed price listings. Any listing that is in the auction style format is ineligible for a local pickup. There are no exceptions. Same day arrangements may be possible. Returns
All eBay purchases are expected to meet your expectations. Buyers of non "as is" merchandise have 7 days from date of receipt to submit a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). A RMA can be requested by using the eBay ASQ (Ask Seller a Question) feature at the top of the listing. All returns must be in mailed condition. All non-defective returns are subject to a possible 15% restocking fee if not returned in the same condition as sent in addition to shipping charges. If shipping is listed as "free," then the seller's shipping cost will not be refunded. Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) items that were not advertised "as is" will be replaced (if available) or refunded to the buyer’s original method of payment. Returns will not be accepted for items listed as "broken" or "as-is". All returns must be received within 14 days of issuance of RMA. Lost packages are the responsibility of the buyer.

Exceptions to return policy: All items that are being offered "as is" or listed as "broken item" in either the eBay auction title or the product title and/or description above are non-returnable. These items are considered all sales final and are not eligible for returns.

Damaged Parcel
If your order arrives in a damaged parcel or the parts inside appear to have been damaged during transit, we can file a damaged parcel claim with the shipping courier on your behalf. Simply send us photos of the damaged parts as well as the shipping carton for us to submit with the claim. If replacement parts are available they will be sent to you. If no replacement is available, a refund may be the only option. Please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your item if there is any damage. You will not be responsible for any shipping charges or other costs associated with replacing the damaged item.
