Cosmetics Very Good (Has had normal use but I don't see any scuffs or marks, etc.)
Functionality This item DOES NOT function properly - It comes on and plays perfectly but there is no sound.  I either have it adjusted wrong or it needs a new audio tuner?  We are moving and cannot use it anyway so we will not be fixing it.  I cannot guarantee how this TV will act or perform from here on out so you agree to buy it AS IS when you bid.  I have never shipped a TV or LCD before but I ship china and crystal well packed with no problem so this should be OK to mail.
