• All returns must be in the original manufacturer's packaging with all accessories. (No exceptions)

• ALL returns must obtain RMA (Return Material Authorization) # from us prior to returning the product.

• Upon receipt of the item and completions of our inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed. If the order is found to be defective, we can either grant a full refund or a replacement with no additional cost. Your refund/replacement will be processed within one business day of receiving our return.

• If the order is not found to be defective and is as described there will be a 20% restocking fee. Our warranty does not apply to products that have been misused, modified, repaired or abused by anyone. MountProsUSA reserves the right as final authority on whether the products should be replaced or refunded.
