Shipping, return policy, payment policy –
Shipping policy
- All shipping charges will be calculated from zip code of the winning
bidder. Delivery confirmation and modest handling is
included in shipping via USPS priority mail. Priority mail in not a
guaranteed 2-3 day delivery, yet most of the time it keeps its
schedule. We ship ONLY via usps priority mail for domestic shipping and
priority and EMS for international
shipping. There may be a 3 day handling period from time of sale, 99%
of the time items are shipped next day.
Payment policy -I accept paypal, please email me if you are unconfirmed as paypal insists we only ship to confirmed addresses.
Money orders and cashier checks are accepted as well as personal
checks. It is suggested that any payment mailed should be sent with
delivery confirmation so as loss is less likely by USPS. Personal
checks do have a waiting period of up to 10
business days to clear my bank from the time of deposit, and due to
counterfeit money orders, there is a 5 business day waiting period to
clear my bank... Insurance is offered as a choice to buyer at the rate
of $1.70 per $50. Insurance is issued by USPS and falls under USPS
stipulations for items under $50. Items of $50 and above, buyer is
required to purchase insurance.
Returns –
Only if there is a misrepresentation of the item in the auction will a
return be accepted with no cost to the buyer of the misrepresented
item. All other items may be returned within 3 days of postal receipt
of item, in original collectible condition. Shipping must be paid by
the buyer returning the item, and item must be deemed
by a representative of Cosmic Collectibles as in returnable condition.
What this means is that the item was shipped near mint and sealed in
package, and must be returned in the same way. If you open it, play
with it and break it there are no returns. We do not warranty the item
out of package unless stated. Broken items must be dealt with by the
actual manufacturer. If it is broken in shipping, and the package is
unopened then insurance comes into play. The amount of the item minus shipping will be returned the same way the item was paid for minus a 15% restocking charge.
