This is the rare limited edition "gold foil variant" cover of Tomb Raider Volume 1, # 2 (January 2000).  It is marked as and was distributed as a Tower Records exclusive. 

This comic is fresh from an unopened bulk box, so it is unread and in mint condition.  It will be shipped in a bubble mailer, bagged, between cardboard.
