During the Halloween season August 15-October 31 there are no reufunds or exchanges UNLESS your item is damaged upon receiving it. In this case we must be contacted via email at mrrentalguy@aol.com within 24 hours of delivery.  In that case we will send you the exact same style and size. If it is determined that the product was intentionally damaged, no refund will be given. The rest of the year a reasonble effort will be made to make exchanges based upon availability for different size costumes. A 15% resocking fee will apply.


Do to health code rule and regulations wigs, beards, masks and stockings CAN NOT BE RETURNED FOR ANY REASON. Please take into considereration that no one wants these items after they have been worn by someone else!!
