Children can probably fit an xs from sizes 9-12 girls, because they are drawstring waist, and drawstring ankle the fit can be adjusted, and the straps can be trimmed if too long at feet.

We do not accept returns or exchanges based on fit or change of opinion. Please read the description and measurements completely before making a purchase with us. However, we do guarantee that all items you purchase are brand new and/or in the condition stated in the auction. If for any reason there is a discrepancy between what you received and what is described in the auction, please contact us immediately - your satisfaction is important to us. I am willing in most cases if you are unhappy with your purchase to negotiate an exchange or return if the item is returned unworn and in original brand new condition with tags attached and not smelling of smoke. Free shipping only applies to completed transactions, returned items will have the actual shipping cost deducted from the return and the return shipping costs are the buyers responsability. There will be a transaction cancelation notice sent out and must be completed by the buyer to end the transaction, otherwise, the seller fee will also be deducted from the refund total.

Buyer please contact us within 3 days and payment must be received within 7 days, unless later date agreed upon. We reserve the right to relist the item if the conditions are not me and contact not made. We love payments of all kinds!

Shipping information:
Buyer will pay a fixed shipping amount which includes shipping, handling, and delivery confirmation (US only) or a tracking number (Express Mail only).
Combined Shipping Policy:
Combined shipping discount will be applied on items that are checked out together. You have 7 days to combine purchases on all auctions and Buy it Now items unless otherwise agreed upon prior to purchases. Please wait until you are completely done shopping before you check out to receive the shipping discount.
For combined items of different shipping rates, the highest shipping and handling rate will be used first then smaller items adjusted and applied. Will be happy to give a quote if you email prior to bidding/purchasing. Please include the list of intended purchases and to zip code/country of mailing. All international packages totalling over 4 pounds need to be shipped priority mail.
International customers are responsible for knowing and paying their own duties/taxes.
FREE SHIPPING* Free shipping only applies to completed transactions, if for some reason we agree upon a return of your item/s, the actual amount of shipping paid will be deducted from the refund.
Insurance is always optional unless shipped first class international, in which case it is not available. Items will be covered for loss or damage according to the option you chose. All domestic packages will include delivery confirmation, if package is lost and you have purchased insurance coverage please contact me immediately, you must be able to provide proof of damage and must keep the original packaging to file a claim. I cannot file loss claims for packages that show delivery confirmation, please make sure you check your own mail, if it is delivered to the address given, you are responsible for the package at that point. I highly suggest orders over $50.00 be covered.
