Q: Who is MP4 Tickets?
A: MP4 Tickets is a customer first ticket broker providing our customers with premium tickets to events all across the country. We have tickets to concerts, theater, MLB, NHL, NBA, NFL and almost any other event.

Q: Are the seats together?
A: Yes, unless noted, ALL seats we sell are together.

Q: Your auction lists multiple tickets in the title but under "seats available" it only lists one ticket. Is the price listed the price for each individual ticket?
A: This is a dutch auction meaning you choose the quantity of tickets you need. The price listed is per ticket and you can choose your desired quantity of tickets when you go to check out. Your tickets will still be consecutive seats unless noted otherwise.

Q: What are E-Tickets and Ticketfast tickets?
A: They are both electronic versions of tickets. They each have an individual bar code on them just like traditional hard tickets and they are just scanned at the venue.

Q: In the notes the tickets say "Ticketfast" or "E-Tickets," can they be emailed? Do you have the hard stock version of the tickets?
A: Tickets can only be emailed out if the event is within 72 hours. If "Ticketfast" or "E-Tickets" is listed in the notes above then we do not have the hard stock version of the tickets available. We will print the tickets off and then ship them to you unless the event is within 72 hours.

Q: The show is within 72 hours, will I be able to get my tickets?
A: YES!!! If you live in the United States FedEx can deliver tickets overnight to any location unless it is extremely rural or mountainous. We can also email you the tickets if available.

Q: Why is there a charge for E-Tickets?
A: Teams and vendors charge fees for converting tickets to emailable form.

Q: Where is the section for these tickets?
A: A seating chart is provided below if available to help you locate the section. If you still have questions, please call the venue or box office.

Q: What are the seat numbers of these tickets?
A: Seat numbers are only released to the auction winner for both buyer and seller privacy. If you need to know this information before you buy the tickets please call and we will give you a limited range of the seat numbers.

Q: Are these seats obstructed view?
A: We rarely sell seats that are obstructed view, and when we do, that information is displayed prominently in the notes field above!
