All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number. To return merchandise, please email service@early-pregnancy-tests.com and let us know what you're planning to return and the reason for returning. We'll promptly email back a Return Authorization Number to you in order to speed your return. This helps us handle your return quickly and in a smooth, efficient manner.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. All items returned must include original packing material. The full purchase price may not be refunded for some of our products if the returned item is incomplete. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
